PROJECT ARCHITECT / PROJECT MANAGER - EDUCATION

This position includes planning, coordinating and administering major projects or several small projects through all phases of development including overseeing the development and production of working drawings and construction documents on a given project. Responsibilities include establishing budgets, preparing schedules and monitoring adherence to contract terms. Will have client contact and authority to direct, control and monitor all project activities. Prefer 5 years California K-12 design experience and/or Community College experience, and/or institutional.

Job Captain

This position is in our Education Group. Prefer 3-5 years experience designing California K-12 educational facilities and knowledge of applicable codes.

Construction Administrator

Candidates for this position must have 5-7 years construction administration experience. Position serves as the "project lead" throughout the construction process. Responsible for all day-to-day aspects of the construction phase including record keeping, construction monitoring, budget review, communications and quality assurance.
