Master Plan, Modernization, and New Facilities

CSDA developed a new master plan for this prestigious East Bay Catholic High School. This project began with a Master Plan and the immediate modernization of science labs and classrooms.
The updated master plan is complete. Phase I, the initial modernization phase was completed in the Summer of 2006. Phase II will involve renovation of the gymnasium and will include
seismic strengthening and new windows. Phase III will include the modernization of 8 science classrooms, 3 computer labs, 17 standard classrooms, 4 restrooms, and hallways.
Phase IV will involve new construction and campus reconfiguration.
