Carondelet High School
New Gymnasium/Aquatic Center

Having developed Carondelet High School’s master plan 10 years earlier, CSDA has been brought on to design a new gymnasium and aquatic center that would complete the final phase of the master plan implementation. The new athletic facility consists of 36,000 SF of new building that would house a new gymnasium, an Indoor Pool and other support facilities such as locker rooms, training rooms and fitness/weight rooms. To date, an estimated $11 Million in construction has been completed and an additional estimated $25 million in construction is anticipated for the last phase.
